~ Collector Casing : G I Section of 1.2 mm thick duly powder coated.

~ Cover plate : Single pan 4 mm thick, low iron plain toughened glass, rupture resistant and over 87% transmitivity.

~ Absorber Plate : Made of Grooved copper sheet and copper tube structure soldered to each other providing maximum contact area for excellent heat transfer between sheet and tubes. The absorber plate is coated with black nickel chrome coating. Absorptivity 92%, Emissivity 20%.

~ Aluminum Foil : Attached to the insulation to reflect emitted heat radiation to the absorber plate, thus minimizing the heat loss at the back.

~ Insulation : Back insulation : Rock wool make 50 mm thick, side insulation, Rock wool make 25 mm thick, 48 kg/m3 directly / 12mm puff
Back Pan : Aluminum sheet 0.04 mm thick, duly powder coated.

~ Riser & Header : Header cooper pipe 25.4 mm O.D. 1.2 mm

~ Thick Riser : Copper pipe 12.7 O.D., 0.56 mm thick, Bond between riser and absorber sheet soldering by L&T make Euter Tin Weld D-1/ Continuous Tig Welding.
